Shipping and Delivery Policy
Shipping Cost: Delivery cost is 2.00 JOD inside Amman, and 4.00 JOD for all other governorates outside Amman (calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected location).
Processing and Delivery Time: Since our products are custom-printed and specially manufactured upon your request, order processing and shipping take between 2 to 5 business days maximum.
Order Confirmation: Our customer service team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order details and address before the courier is dispatched.
Exchange and Return Policy
Custom-Printed Items: Due to the nature of custom-printed products made specifically according to the customer’s choice, orders cannot be canceled once production begins. Returns or exchanges are only permitted in the following cases:
- A manufacturing defect in the t-shirt fabric or material.

A mistake made by the store in executing the agreed design or colors.

Receiving a size or color different from what was specified in the original order.
